  • Australia Post is our primary shipping carrier for domestic orders.

  • Orders over $75 AUD qualify for free shipping within Australia. This discount will be applied at checkout.

1.2 International Shipping:

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $120 AUD.

  • For orders under $120 AUD, a flat rate shipping fee of $20 AUD applies. This rate generally applies to most countries, though some exceptions or additional charges may apply for certain destinations.

  • Australia Post is also utilized for international shipping.

2. Processing Time:

  • After placing your order, please allow 1-7 business days for our team to process and prepare your shipment for regular shipping. This processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery time.

  • However, once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure you have a secure place to leave the parcel if you are not home. Once a delivery is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered completed, and we rely on their confirmation. No refunds or replacements will be issued for items marked as delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
